    Design & Selections

    Design and material selections move forward together.

    During this phase, we develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and elevations while guiding you through material and finish selections at Evergreen Supply House. Making selections alongside design ensures that aesthetic choices, functionality, and budget remain aligned from the start.

    Structural plans and technical details are finalized, and pricing is refined as selections are confirmed—resulting in a cohesive, build-ready design.

    Pre-Construction Planning

    Once the design and selections are finalized, we prepare for construction.

    We assemble a detailed construction agreement, confirm final pricing, and reserve your place on our construction schedule. Permitting, long-lead materials, and procurement—many sourced directly through Evergreen Supply House—are coordinated in advance to reduce delays and improve efficiency once work begins.

    Construction & Completion

    With plans, selections, and materials in place, construction proceeds smoothly.

    We manage all phases of construction—from site preparation and structural work through mechanical systems, finishes, and final installations. Throughout the build, we coordinate trades, inspections, and quality control. The project concludes with finishing touches, a final walkthrough, and punch list completion.
