True Design Build didn't start with a business plan. It started with Meredith being very good at something nobody expected her to be good at.
After years in public relations for tech companies — where the job was anticipating problems, translating between technical and non-technical worlds, and keeping complex projects on track — she began managing investment properties. Clients noticed how she handled the work. The referrals followed. Eventually the scope grew to full residential remodels, and she dropped everything else to focus on what she does best.
In construction, 'true' means precise, aligned, and sound. It also means what it sounds like: no spin, no surprises. That's the firm she built.

Meredith Randall
Founder & Build DirectorMeredith holds an online Construction Management certificate from Columbia University and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). But her real credential is a decade of hands- on experience translating a client's vision into a plan a contractor can build - and then building it.
She is also one of a small number of women leading a residential design-build firm in Colorado — something she considers a differentiator, not a footnote. Her clients often tell her it changes the dynamic during design and on the job site. She agrees.
At True Design Build, Meredith's role is strategic oversight: shaping the vision, pressure-testing the budget, and making sure design decisions and construction realities never work against each other. Day-to-day client communication and site management run through a dedicated project team — a structure that means you always have a consistent, knowledgeable point of contact who knows your project inside and out.

Design Showroom
True Design Build clients have exclusive access to Evergreen Supply House — our co-located design showroom in Evergreen, CO.
Rather than coordinating material selections across a dozen vendors, clients work directly with our showroom team to select tile, cabinetry, flooring, hardware, plumbing, lighting, and accessories in one place, with full visibility into lead times and how each choice fits the overall project budget.
It's one of the things that genuinely separates the True process from the rest.
