Scope: Full interior update, loft reconfiguration into a guest suite with new bathroom, curated design selections, remote client coordination

The Story: Our clients bought an outdated townhome and wanted an updated look before move-in — plus a plan to repurpose an awkward loft area as a guest suite for visiting friends. Living out of town, they relied on us for curated design selections and rapid execution, and despite widespread backorders and delays, we reconfigured the loft, added a bath, and updated the space before their furniture ever arrived.
